News: Renaissance Speakers Awards for 2011-2012

Susan Stewart

As part of the Renaissance Speakers 2012-2013 New Officers Installation Event, awards were presented today to the top producers for the 2011-2012 Toastmasters year.  Susan Stewart was announced as the Renaissance Speakers “Toastmaster of the Year,” honored with the following citation on her award:

“In recognition of her gung-ho attitude, enthusiasm and dedication to helping others, her seemingly effortless scaling of the educational ladder, and her vibrant support of the Club and the District. Susan was a shining example of a Renaissance Speaker throughout 2011-2012”

Some of Susan’s remarkable accomplishments in the past year included saving the club (and the world) from an asteroid that was destined to crash into the theatre during one of our club’s meetings, and even more amazing, exercising a reasonable amount of control regarding our club’s beloved Richard Stewart.
